Background: SARS-CoV-2 first appeared in Wuhan, China, December 2019. Looking at the prevalence data world and Indonesia, highest mortality rate due to COVID-19 involves age, gender comorbidities such as diabetes mellitus. Severity of condition also refers coagulation abnormalities, abnormal prothrombin time values. Methods: This systematic review study meta-analysis used online literature sourced from PubMed, Science Direct, EBSCO, Cochrane Google Scholar. The here is that has on sex patients with mellitus whose quality assessed by NOS (Newcastle-Ottawa Scale) criteria processing using Review Manager 5.4. Results: Out 8711 literatures were traced various search sources, there 46 included this study. results analysis age showed Standardized Mean Difference (SMD) value 0.45 P <0.0001 (95% CI: 0.23–0.68), an Odds Ratio (OR) 3.28 = 0.01 1.26–8.52) SMD values 0.41 0.07 (95%CI -0.03–0.85).
